We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return Shipping Costs

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll review the issue and, if approved, provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you decide you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong product, or changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fees

Kael Decor does not charge any restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product after your return request has been approved and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
